Description

When we started our search for a male that could improve our bevy of homegrown, extreme females, we set the bar rather high, and HDF King Arthur came up trumps, meeting and exceeding all our discriminating selection criteria! We attach a lot of importance to dam lines as much as sire lines, and conversations with those that knew King Arthur's dam, former owners and/or farm managers alike, gave us a really solid thumbs up! Of course, we already knew and loved Mister Antonio's work, as we have a full Alianza daughter among our foundation females here. We are keen on seeing fleece that holds up over the years, and King Arthur's current fleece exhibits excellent fineness, uniformity, brightness and his crimp style is high frequency and undiminished by the years. Possessed of pleasing proportions, King Arthur is an elegant and compact male, indeed.

So, we were very happy to be able to bring King Arthur to the east coast, and he will be one of our two 'go to guys' for our own treasured daughters of our late and great signature herdsire, Caligula's Casanova. We also think so much of King Arthur that he got the nod to breed our top champion-producing female, CPeruvian Chilam, whose champion offspring include our own Hidden Hill Peruvian Dually and Hidden Hill Peruvian Pundit (now owned by our dear friends, Deb and Jack Perry at Glacier Rock Alpacas in VT).

We are honored to have King Arthur join our stud row, and equally honored to co-own him with our friends at Edel Haus Farm, John and Audrey Edelhauser.

Financing Terms

We like to tailor financing to meet the needs of our clients, so we do not have set terms. Everyone has a different set of parameters, just as they do different goals, so a 'one size fits all' approach just makes no sense when talking financing terms.
