Montrose is one of our foundation girls. She is the daughter of Peruvian Julius Caesar and the multi-champion producing Victoria's Secret. She has solid conformation and excellent fiber coverage. With her strong grey & black background and her fine Accoyo-Alianza genetics she offers terrific breeding options. Montrose is an easy breeder and great mother and has passed these traits on to her daughters.

We sheared his 5th fleece. Even as a mature herdsire, he has maintained his fineness and consistency, with very little guard hair.
Iron Man has had crias in a variety of colors. One is gray, like his dam another is white, like his dam. He has thrown two exceptional light fawn crias from beige females, he has a bay black from a WHITE dam and an exceptional medium fawn from a medium fawn dam. All of these crias have very fine fleece confirming our decision to use him to promote fineness in our breeding program. He has proven his ability to dramatically improve on the dam's fleece.
Iron Man has unusually fine and consistent fiber for any color much less medium brown. He is a half brother to the spectacular 8x Champion Lancaster’s Highland Chieftain via their dam Spinner’s Dream Nina Roche (a.k.a. Nina). Nina is a very fine fibered dark fawn foundation female. His sire is the renowned Accoyo Principe Dorato. With parents like these Iron Man was destined to be remarkable. Our thanks go to Fay Steving and Jenny Lindsay of Highland Alpaca for allowing us the opportunity to add this exceptional male to our herd. Fay and Jenny decided to try to reproduce Iron Man and ended up with a nearly carbon copy female that you may have seen in the show ring in 2012. Needless to say, they are pleased with the outcome.
Iron Man won a Color Championship at his first show (Best of the Midwest), and then took three more blues in the 2009 show season at the MAPACA Jubilee (largest show in the East Coast), the PAOBA Breeders Showcase and the Maryland Alpaca Celebration.
He also won 1st place and Highest Scoring Brown in the 2010 MAPACA Jubilee Spinoff judge
Description
Freyja is the stunning daughter of Highland Montrose and Silvercloud's EVANDER. She is a tall, beautifully balanced girl with a terrific head and nice straight legs that track well. Her fleece is dense with great staple length - a real looker with the genetics to pass on these characteristics. Freyja has proven herself to be a fabulous mom as well. Her 2012 boy by CHEWBACCA is a health medium fawn boy and at just a few months of age already displays incredible staple length. Freyja is now bred to Dorato's Peruvian Ironman - a medium brown Color Champion with super soft fleece.
