I first saw PACA'S Peruvian Effie (Effie) at the 2008 Ohio Buckeye where she placed first in a very large class. I knew I had to have her as she would complement my small herd wonderfully. Effie carries herself as the princess that she is and her health has been exceptional. Her fiber has a wonderful handle that she continues to retain.
Her breeding to Snowmass Taboo produced a dark fawn male cria – Traveling Man, who has since been sold.
Effie continued to produce some extremely nice offspring while keeping the fine handle of her fleece.
Alpaca Road's Boulevard of Dreams is big boned like her mom and carries tons of dense crimpy fleece.
