We discovered Sparks while evaluating offspring of another herdsire we were interested in. Sparks is the son of the well known grey herdsire, Danko. Danko is a Chilean import who has sired numerous champion offspring. Sparks numerous blue ribbons and two banners, have no doubt been earned by his beautiful fleece and solid conformation. His fine fleece is dense, possesses wonderful architecture and incredible staple length. We particularly like the well defined crimp and lock structure in this rose grey fleece.
Sparks first cria (5C's Cascade of Sparks) is silver grey from a black dam. This beautiful silver grey male has solid conformation and a fine dense fleece. Contesto is another Sparks son who has won multiple blues and two Res Champ Banners for his fleece. It seems that Sparks is producing greys (both silver and rose), browns and fawns. The crias all have very solid conformation with heavy bone structure, fine fleeces with incredible staple length and beautiful phenotype.
