RF's full brother just sold for $78,000! His progeny are winning big and commanding good prices (including one of the top sellers at Futurity). Genetically it appears that he is 100% Pure Alpaca with no DNA markers for Llama. Perhaps that explains his ability to throw vicuna fineness. His offspring are consistently in the 15 & 16 micron range. Breed him to grey; you get grey! Snowmass describes him and his full brother as "our 2 most influential fine fiber production studs".
