Victoria's sire (Silver Charm) was a well known and respected name in the silver herdsire lexicon. He was the "go to" guy for retained fineness well into his later years. This garnered him many 1st place fleece awards, including AOBA Nationals at the age of 5. Once owned by NeverSummer Alpacas, Carol Collins said that she was sorry that she sold him. Sadly, Charm has now passed, and Victoria is one of his last daughters, and therefore even more of a prize.

At 8 years of age, Silver Charm's fleece is still exceptional (AFD 26.4, SD 5.2, CV 19.7, 15.8%,30) and he exhibits unusual density and character for a grey.
This fellow's trademark has become the wonderful consistency (the true "comfort factor") that he passes on to his offspring.
