They consistently have large bond structure, a square compact frame, beautiful heads, complete coverage, and exquisite fleece! Midnight Man produces fleece with defined architecture, consistent, fine handle, and typically in the black and gray colors.

    Midnight Man's fleece was shorn at eight months and was awarded the 2005 AOBA Reserve Black Fleece Color Championship. Remarkable not only because of the males he competed against in the class, but also for such a young male.

    Midnight Man's fleece is what every breeder of black alpacas seeks, highly crimped, soft, and bundled. This is not surprising considering his entire pedigree is all about fleece. These fleece qualities, and flawless conformation are found on both sides of his pedigree in Peruvian Black Forest, Royal Fawn, and CPeruvian Silvio.

    As his show records indicates, Midnight Man is a high quality sire, and his off-spring prove it. Midnight Man share his sire with some of the most sought after herd sires in the industry, Jetson to name one.
