    MHF Sierra started breeding in 2005. Sierra is a Nautilus son and his dam is Peruvian Esmeralda who at 14 years old has a micron of 21.7 and a CV of 20.0.

    Sierra's fleece is just beautiful to look at, with long staple length, crimp galore, brightness, and a nice hand. He also has a solid frame, with great conformation. Julio Sumar commented on Sierra's brightness and crimp at the 2005 AOBA Nationals.

    He has proven to through his fantastic staple length and fleece character into his offspring! He is definitely worthy of being a herdsire.

    What a lovely sweet tempered female! Honeybunch has a gorgeous head. Her fleece is very soft and is holding a good histogram at the age of 8, thanks to her sire Rico Suave! She also grows a good staple length. In 2012, Honeybunch produced a female (NPA Miranda) with an outstanding fleece sired by our herdsire MHF Sierra. We chose to then breed her to MSA Pinot Noir to bring in color and of course an all around outstanding offspring. Honeybunch is due in July 2013. They gave us a stunning female (NPA Chablis)!! She was rebred back to Pinot and they produced another lovely female (NPA Divinity). And of course another lovely female in 2017, NPA Harlow. We are looking forward to her 2018 cria due in June. She was bred to Accoyo America Tronador.
