Bruno is the son of the well known Accoyo Ace and carries his fathers great tradition of high luster, large bone, well balanced body, great suri phenotype and wonderful lock and coverage. Bruno is a big, heavy-boned male with coverage from head to toe of very uniform narrow locks. In 2007, he sheared a 5.9 lb blanket with only 12 months growth! He routinely weighs in at 200 lbs, and he is not fat! He has a wonderful, easy-going disposition and is easy to handle.


      Bruno's dam is 6P Accoyo Luna, the same dam of Woods Edge Accoyo Baron Lafite- the 2006 AOBA GET OF SIRE winner!

      Bruno now has crias on the ground, and he has produced two color crias from white dams, WRSR Accoyo Ferrari, and WRSR Accoyo Rolex. He has the capability to allow color to come through - impressive for a white out of 2 whites!

      Charity has a beautiful light fawn fleece that is uniform in color, with a high luster rick-rack architecture. It is a heavy fleece with an oily feel to it, and it just glistens and shines. Her fiber is fine across her body, and the lock structure is uniform. Charity continues to shear 3.5-4.0 lb blankets each and every year, even when pregnant.

      Description

      Omega WOWED us with his luster, lock and density, and we were really pleased once we had his fleece Certified Sorted to reveal an extremely uniform and low micron consistently across his fleece. It got even better when when we closely looked at the closeness of the size of his primaries to the size of his secondaries, with VERY FEW larger primaries. Omega has risen to the top of the herd for fleece production with his density, uniformity, and lack of higher grade primaries. Omega's secondaries are mostly Grade 2 (20-23 micron), and his primaries are Grade 3 (23-26 micron) and few in numbers. This places Omega as "non-hairy", a key genetic and heritable trait for males.

      Omega annually has been shearing between 8-8.5 lbs of fleece, with 4-4.5 lb skirted blankets. He is a fleece machine! His conformation is very correct, too, with beautiful strong bone and well proportioned neck and leg length with straight legs. He is majestic, intelligent, and very laid-back and calm.

      Omega's dam is Accoyo Charity, our beige foundation female from our imported Accoyo stock. Charity is no slouch in the fleece production department, just check out her listing to see her numerous awards and 3 Color Championships.

      You may not recognize Accoyo Bruno, his sire, but Bruno is the maternal 1/2 brother to Accoyo Rockstar. Bruno received similar traits of Rockstar from his dam: fineness and luster. Bruno is a big, heavy-boned male with an upright and proud stance.
