Kerlee been the centerpiece of our breeding program for many years which is why we reserved her for our breedings to Pperuvian Vengador and 4Peruvian Legacy. She is ½ Accoyo thanks to her sire, Victor’s Vaccoyo. Her dam was a foundation female at Crescent Moon Ranch. She has an impressive show record of her own but even more important is her production record, as verified by the fact that her offspring have consistently placed highly in fleece and halter shows.

Description

When LMFI & TNT Peruvian Neveda first joined our herd, we carefully selected the first few females we would use to "test" him out. At the top of the list was Kerlee. She had proven herself as a strong producer for us and we had bred her to some powerhouses such as Vengador and Legacy. We wanted to see how the cria produced by Neveda would match up. Let's just say we were definitely not disappointed! In fact, Vesuvius exceeded our expectations.

Phenotypically, Vesuvius is a slightly larger carbon copy of his sire. They live in the same pasture and I often need to take a close look to be sure I know who is who. His fleece weight, brightness, fineness and uniformity are exactly what we have come to expect from his offspring. He expresses a high amplitude, high frequency crimp style that extends well outside the range of the typical blanket. Just look at the photo of he fleece on his chest! Wow! He is a nice size with spot on conformation and proportions. Add to that a gentle temperament and you have a male that is a pleasure to work with. Buy him now and put him to work!
