We acquired Joy from a nearby farm which was retiring from the business. She had never bred nor been shown nor halter trained and was a bit over conditioned when we acquired her. However, she is amazingly soft and fine for a true black. She was surprisingly easily haltered and transported in our mini van for her first trip off her farm and health day.
