He is the unicorn holy trifecta for the flashy Mini Nubian lovers out there - he's polled, has blue eyes, and is covered in multi-toned moonspots. BUT more importantly: long, strong, and smoothly blended from end to end, he stamps his kids with width, depth, and balance while keeping the dairy character we all want. He he has proven he can add both strength and style to narrower does, and his kids so far have had better feet and legs than their parents. They're all super soft, too! We haven’t freshened his daughters yet - speaking of which, his count is 5 does and 1 buck so far! The first daughter will be bred this month ?? Smoothie’s dam and maternal granddam have both been in the TopTen, though, so we expect lots of milk! Dolly is the doe that started it all for us, and letting her go is not a decision we made lightly. She finished 2024 as the number one MDGA Top Ten doe for butterfat percentage across the entire breed - 6.8% BF on 981 lbs of milk as a first freshener. That is an exceptional number at any freshening. Her rear udder is genuinely outstanding - wide, high attachment with a strong medial suspensory, correct downward teat placement, and a level floor. We will be equally honest that her fore udder has a pocket at the attachment. We believe the volume she produced as a first freshener stressed her fore attachment before it fully developed, but we note it because it is there. It has not affected her function or production, and her rear continues to carry the evaluation. Her body is balanced and refined with real dairy character, a level topline, and a clean front end - conformationally she is one of our most correct Mini Nubians from a structural standpoint. Her sire is Green Gables MB Amazing Comet +*B and her maternal granddam is Green Gables DT Southern Belle 4*P, the same Belle who is the dam of our Lady. This line produces components reliably, and Dolly is the strongest expression of it we have. She is currently in her third freshening and her 2024 daughter Legs is retained in our herd. If you are looking for a proven, documented doe with elite butterfat genetics and the pedigree to back it up, Dolly is the real thing.

Buuut we need hay before winter, so here goes! Blackberry’s BQ Encore *B has been the refinement buck in our lineup - elegant, long, and correct - and he consistently passes those qualities to his kids. He’ll be seeking new placement after his does are confirmed bred this fall. Because he has turned out to be a bit high maintenance, we have him listed at half the price we paid for him. From one of the best show herds in the country, Encore brings style and balance without losing function. His offspring show long, level toplines, smooth shoulders, and a clean, elegant front end. You’ll also see strong breed character with those gorgeous wide ears (although his have raised up to become more drop than pendulous), beautiful heads, and straight legs on tight, well-formed feet. Important note: Encore is our hardest keeper. He’s always been our thinnest goat, and he consistently has clean fecals and bloodwork. Our vet says his teeth look fine - he just seems to be one of those high-metabolism types who needs premium calories to stay filled out (maybe he misses that boujee West Coast alfalfa he grew up on ). He’ll thrive best in a home that’s dialed-in with nutrition and feed management. If you’re looking to add refinement and correctness to your herd while keeping that classic Mini Nubian look, Encore is a fantastic choice. Plus he’s roaned, covered in moonspots, and has pretty marbled blue eyes! His kids are elegant and eye-catching - the kind that stand out in the ring and (most likely) the milk parlor (the ones we've produced won't freshen for a while yet!) JKShrunkTheKids MSC Swiftie - F5 Mini Nubian doe, DOB 2/27/24. Polled, moonspots.

Swiftie is our most anticipated first freshener of 2026, and she has not disappointed. She is one of the longest, most level does we have bred - clean front end, balanced topline with strong loin, and the kind of structural correctness that reads well for long-term longevity. She is polled with lighter moonspots and carries herself with real presence even as a young doe.

Her first freshening udder is two weeks in at the time of these photos and already showing very promising structure - wide, high rear attachment with a clearly defined medial suspensory, smooth fore attachment without pocketing, and correctly placed teats. She is still settling into her lactation but the indicators are genuinely encouraging.

Her dam is Green Gables AC She's a Doll, the 2024 MDGA Top Ten #1 Butterfat % doe, and her sire is Mosaic's Smooth Criminal, whose dam Mosaic's Chantilly Lace was a two-time MDGA Top Ten doe and Reserve Champion. The components are in this pedigree on both sides, and we are watching this doe very closely.
