Details

What we have available for sale right now are some experienced 8-10 year old open cows that are great mommas and herd leaders, 3-4 year old young cows that have calved and raised good babies, 1-2 year old heifers. We have a herd bull that can be included with any group of 10 or more girls, compatible with everything we have that is 2 years old or older (not our yearling heifers) or he is available separately on here as well. Our herd is primarily for meat but with great fiber, not pets but docile with people and easy to work when they are not protecting a new born calf. They have no problem holding their own with predators and wide open spaces. Quite a few will take hand fed treats, some accept pets and scratches on their heads, the rest are approachable or will approach within about 10 yards and prefer to stay out at that distance.
