    Mini NubianBuck (male)
    MDGA# MN17399DOB: 3/14/20224 yrs
We haven't fully moved to OpenHerd - click here to see more pics & details on our site! Homeward Bound BA Ronald - F6 MDGA Purebred Mini Nubian buck, DOB 3/14/22. Alpha-s1 Casein b/f. Scurred. Ron is a proven, correctly built buck in his prime and one of our most enjoyable animals to work with. He is selected specifically for rear udder height and arch, and his offspring are confirming what his pedigree promised - his 2025 daughter Bee showed clear skeletal width improvement over her refined dam at the same age, with more open foreleg spacing and a more level rear end. Structurally he is level through the topline, clean in the front end, correct in the legs, and carries his body depth and length without coarseness. His mahogany and black coat is striking. Temperament is excellent - sweet and mannerly with people, respectful with younger bucks. He does have a talent for detecting when something unpleasant is coming and will remove himself accordingly, but on his own terms he is one of the easiest bucks in the herd to handle. Honest management notes: his scurs require periodic monitoring and trimming to prevent curling back toward his head, and he needs more frequent hoof care than average. Neither affects his usefulness. His Alpha-s1 Casein is b/f - one favorable allele for cheesemakers. His dam line runs through Green Gables FF Amber, the 2011 MDGA Summer V-Show Grand Champion.

    Mini NubianDoe (female)
    MDGA# AMN16223DOB: 3/16/20224 yrs
We haven't fully moved to OpenHerd - click here to see more pics & details on our site! Green Gables AC Amazing Lady AR5*D/5*P - F4 Mini Nubian doe, DOB 3/16/22. Lady is a proven, easy-keeping doe now in her third freshening, and she is exactly the kind of animal that makes a herd better whether your goal is the milk stand or the show string. Her udder is genuinely one of the nicest in our herd, if not THE nicest - wide, high rear attachment with a strong medial suspensory, correct downward teat placement, excellent symmetry, and an overall package that has only improved with each freshening. She milks clean on the machine and is straightforward to hand milk as well. Fore attachment is moderately extended but socked on and body depth is modest, but neither gets in the way of what she does best. She is easy to manage, maintains condition without fussing, and has a calm, cooperative temperament on the stand. For a homestead looking for a reliable, high-quality family milk doe with the genetics to back it up, Lady checks a lot of boxes. For a performance herd, her pedigree speaks for itself - her dam is a three-time MDGA Top Ten doe and 2023 Fall V-Show Grand Champion with a Best Udder of Breed win, and her sire has produced consistently correct, productive daughters across multiple farms. Lady has followed that family pattern faithfully, maturing slowly but steadily and continuing to improve with age. If you are looking to add proven udder genetics with real depth of pedigree to your herd, Lady is worth a serious look.

[NAME PENDING] - F5 Mini Nubian buckling, DOB 4/17/26. Disbudded. Currently on bottles.

This solid black buckling is out of a pairing we made very deliberately - Lady x Ron - specifically to add skeletal width and structural openness to Lady's refined, dairy frame. If you have seen our 2025 doeling Bee, you have already seen what this cross produces: wider chest floor, more open foreleg spacing, and a more level rear end than Lady brings on her own, while keeping the Belle line udder genetics intact on the dam side.

His dam is Green Gables AC Amazing Lady AR5D/5P, a proven milk star doe with one of the nicest udders in our Mini Nubian herd and a dam line running through Green Gables DT Southern Belle - a three-time MDGA Top Ten doe and 2023 V-Show Grand Champion with Best Udder of Breed. His sire is Homeward Bound BA Ronald, Alpha s-1 Casein b/f, selected specifically for rear udder height and arch with a Green Gables dam line of his own through Green Gables FF Amber, the 2011 MDGA Summer V-Show Grand Champion.

For breeders with refined does who want to add width and structural substance without losing dairy character, this cross is documented to deliver.
Registration application available. Pricing: $100 on bottles, $150 after weaning, $175 after banding, $500 with MDGA registration application.
