- Complete your write-up and photo as the deadline nears.
Schedule:
- Thursday, February 13, Check in, Ice Breaker & Early Auction Preview.
- Auction Alley located in highest traffic area in center of facility.
- Friday, February 14, 8am-1pm, TXOLAN Walking Fleece
- Dedicated Auction Preview Period & Cocktails: 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm
- Friday 5-7 pm: The First Annual Ace’s Loaded Auction
- Authentic Texas Barbecue Dinner, compliments of Alpaca Country Estates.
Auction Information:
- Consignment deadline: November 13th.
- Catalog mailing: Mid December.
- Extensive online promotion to the global alpaca community.
- Friday afternoon & evening DEDICATED to the Auction
- Entry fees to both TXOLAN (TXOLAN.org) halter shows for all auction consignments will be paid by Alpaca Country Estates.
- Alpacas purchased at the auction are eligible to compete in the 2025 Futurity Show with no entry fee! Great benefits for your Buyers!!
- Preview Period in Highest Traffic Area
- Approximately 45 lot auction, lasting 2 - 2.5 hours.
- Entry fee: $1,850 + 10% commission.
