Come join us as OnAgain OffAgain Farm celebrates our 6th annual Open House/Holiday Market. Nov 29, 2025 from 11 am - 4 pm. Be sure to bring a camera for photo ops of adorable alpacas. The cria (baby alpacas) will be in the field for all to see. We have 6 cria ranging in age from 5 weeks to 4 days. We are still waiting on 4 more births.

It's never too early to start thinking obout our next Open House/Holiday Market. I can't believe it will our 6th year. It's always a good time with vendors selling alpaca related products and artisans demonstrating different various fiber disciplines. And of course there are usually some newborn cria (babies) to watch as they romp in the field.

It's that time of year, Christmas is on everyone's mind and cria are in the fields. We have 4 cria so far to steal your heart at our Open House on Small Business Saturday, November 30, 2024. The farm will be open from 11 am until 4 pm to visitors. Fall is ablaze with the turning of the trees. The weather has been topsy turvy , but as the days cool ,our thoughts turn to Christmas and our 4th annual Open House/ Holiday Market. This year's event will be Nov 25, 2023. We will again have artisans demonstrating their crafts, as well as lots of alpaca related products for sale. There will be something for everyone. Our fall crias are due any time so there may be a newborn or two by then.

As I write this, there is a definite nip in the air which is getting us in the mood for Christmas. It's slated to be in the low 20's this week! That's about 20 degrees too low for me. We've had a lovely fall here with comfortable days. I hope this cold snap isn't a harbinger of what's to come this winter.

Come join us as we celebrate Small Business Saturday at OnAgain OffAgain Farm. Our farm specializes in alpacas and products made from their fiber. Enjoy alpacas to view, take selfies with, hand feed. See our new cria (babies). Watch a hand spinner as she transforms raw fiber into yarn. Watch a weaver at work on hand crafted scarves. Notice the needle felter as she creates felted critters from alpaca fiber. There may even be a knitting circle going on. Bring your needles and join in.

Our little good luck charm
Our farm had a virtual drought on female crias. We went 2 years and 15 births that were all males - not very good statistics when you are a breeding farm. And to add insult to injury, these boys had just the characteristics we were looking for in our next generation. But, alas, you can only keep just so many males.
