Welcome to VLKG: Vår Lille Kongsdalen Gård!
The English translation of our farm name is "Our Little Kings Valley Farm".
We are an alpaca fiber farm located in West Central Wisconsin. On our farm we raise Suri and Huacaya alpacas for fiber and Nigerian Dwarf goats for dairy and making goat milk soap products.
Here at VLKG we embrace friluftsliv (pronounced free-loofts-liv). Friluftsliv is a Norwegian word that does not directly translate to English - but loosely translates as "free-air-life". The Norwegian word is used to describe the philosophy and cultural habit of embracing the outdoors.
