Welcome to Limestone Creek Alpacas!
Located just east of Syracuse, New York, in historic Cazenovia, our 123 acre farm is nestled astride Limestone Creek. The farm, which dates to the early 1800's, has found new life in the 21st Century as home to our growing herd of quality alpacas.
We firmly believe that the females in a successful breeding program are as important as the males. The cornerstone of our high-end (primarily white) huacaya breeding program is an incredible group of production females with Accoyo and Alianza genetics. Superior genetics are accompanied by correct conformation and award winning fleeces. Our breeding females have all of these qualities, and something equally important~our females reproduce these traits in their offspring. Our males were chosen using the same strict set of criteria. We look for spot-on conformation and excellent temperament, together with blinding bright fleeces that hold their fineness over time. Our goal is to continuously improve the next generation of alpacas.
We have learned over the years how important it is to have an experienced mentor farm. We are committed to providing the same personalized service to each of our clients that we received when we purchased our first alpaca. We offer assistance in alpaca selection, hands-on training and customer support long after the sale.
