Toni with Cria

Toni and Gary Cotton have been in the Suri industry since 1998. Their original alpaca farm was located in Findlay, Ohio and in 2006, they headed west to set up Suris of the Western Slope. Their Colorado ranch is located in picturesque Ridgway, Colorado in the San Juan regioin. Their ranch is surrounded by the San Juan and Sneffels Mountain ranges. The valley that they live in is called Pleasant Valley. It has incredible ranching history and continues to function as one of the most active ranching areas of southwestern Colorado. Toni and Gary love this location and it has been a perfect place to raise their Suris with the climate and environment similar to the native habitat of the South American Andes.
Dr. Cotton is no longer raising suris. She is still working as a Camelid health and reproductive consultant. If you have animals who are not reproductively sound or need assistant with herd health issues, contact Dr. Cotton at camelidvet.cotton@gmail.com
