Embark on an enriching two-hour guided journey where sustainable and regenerative farming comes to life! Our fully-insured farm offers homeschool field trips where students ages 5-15 and their guardians can explore, learn, and connect through curated experiential activities on a working farm.

Here's what pupils can expect during your visit:

  • Taste-Test Farm-Fresh Veggies (if available):
    Indulge in the flavors of freshly harvested organic vegetables straight from our fields.

  • Meet, Pet, and Hand-Feed Friendly Farm Animals:
    Interact with our amiable chickens and turkeys! Feed cookies to our well-cared-for llamas!?(Animal feed is provided as part of your farm tour experience)

  • Hold Baby Animals (if available):
    Experience the joy of cradling adorable new life, creating unforgettable precious moments.

  • Walk a Llama on a Lead:
    Take the reins and lead a llama on a stroll, adding a touch of adventure to your farm visit.

  • Watch Farm Equipment Demonstrations:
    Gain insights into the daily workings of our farm.

  • Learn About Organic and Regenerative Farming Practices:
    Discover eco-friendly and pesticide-free farming methods that contribute to biodiversity and the well-being of our soil and environment.

  • Perform Fun Farm Chores:
    Roll up your sleeves and participate in engaging farm chores, from filling water buckets to planting seeds and brushing llamas.

  • Take Memorable Photos:
    Capture the magic of your visit via unforgettable selfies with animals against the backdrop of our picturesque 5-acre working farm.?

Our farm is nestled in the heart of Ramona, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Laguna mountain ranges and Cleveland National Forest. Students will be immersed in pastures with happy, free-roaming animals, providing a unique and up-close glimpse into Southern California farm life. Join us on our little patch of paradise for a hands-on encounter with llamas, chickens, turkeys, and cats!

Preparing For Your Visit:

  • Please arrange your field trip at least two weeks in advance.
  • Each attendee is required to sign a waiver.
  • Bring water
  • Wear sunscreen
  • Don closed-toed shoes suitable for dirt. Our farm operates full-time, so please be mindful of surroundings and watch your step.

Fees
$10 per attendee
Children under 3 are free but still require registration

Picnic Set Up & Rental:
Picnic location option available with homeschool field trips for one hour post-tour. Set up includes:
(1) table and (6) chairs
$25.00
Additional table and (6) chairs
$10.00
Set up & rental is not necessary if you wish to picnic on your own blankets.

Cancellation Policy:
The farm is open rain or shine. Pre-paid field trips are non-refundable, but are transferable with 24 hours prior notice. If you are unable to make your original reservation, we allow up to one year from the reservation date to choose another tour date and time. No credits are given to no-shows.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed on the property for liability reasons, including dogs. Thank you for understanding.

Accessibility:
Farm tours may require participants to walk across uneven ground. It is not recommended for individuals with limited mobility.
