LIVES UP TO HIS NAME

KAZAM OF PETERBORO

Huacaya, Jr. Herdsire (Male), Unproven | Dark Brown

AOA# 35261612   D.O.B. 5/17/2015

Sire:
ACCOYO AMERICA JASON
| AOA# 1201178  | Brown  |
We feel this young male carried the nicest head of our 2006 crop of males. He stands out in the pasture and carries himself in typical Turk style. Very nice density, high frequency high luster crimp from skin to tip with very soft handle and fineness. His dam Sholaya is a Bonanza daughter out of Mississippi Peet, a dark maroon colored female that never dissapoints us with her cria. They are always solid colored with very nice fineness and strong bone and correct phenotype. His sire is the outstanding dark chocolate brown herdsire "RFA Turk" our multiple award winner that has been producing phenomenal progeny with outstanding fineness.

Chavalier's Grandsires are highly recognized within the Canadian alpaca industry. Sired by a dark chocolate brown sire "Peruvian Chocolateer", Bonanza has been producing solid color progeny in all colors, and multiple ribbon winners. His consistency is remarkable and we consider him an anchor sire at our farm. "Peruvian Ivano" also consistently produces outstanding ribbon winning progeny with very correct phenotype and proud stature. We expect Chavalier will follow in their footsteps!

Chavalier has done well in the show ring. In the 2007 Northlands Alpaca Odyssey he won Reserve Grand Champion Dark Male. In the 2008 Manitoba Alpaca Classic he placed 2nd in the dark male class. In the 2008 CNASF Chavalier placed 1st and then won Reserve Champion Dark Male.

Beautiful Female

Amber Autumn Marnia

Huacaya, Female, Proven, Dark Brown
ARI# 32201345, CLAA# Recorded | DOB: 5/31/2011
Amber Autumn Marnia is one of those females that took a while to bloom and blossom. We find that Eclipse Alyst progeny display such a silky soft hand and long staple that it is easy to misjudge their density. Not so with Marnia anymore. Her fleece exhibits nice fineness, exceptional brightness and staple length, great density, and consistent character into her extremities, up her neck, and into her tail. Not surprising with a genetic fusion of Peruvian Sweet William, Peruvian Bueno, NGG Lionel,...

Description

It’s a well known fact that Kazam’s mom Marnia is gentically predisposed to produce great coloured offspring, coming from Eclipse Alyst. Add to that his sire Accoyo of America Jason, a coloured superstar in his own right and Kazam can’t help but be a keeper. Kazam himself is the same redish brown as his sire and athough we were told that the Jason crias develop slowly is is just recently our patience has been rewarded, as a peek into his fleece has revealed the choice of Kazam’s name is more than fitting a fleece with a wow factor. The characteristics are truly starting to come and it is shiny and uniform with an incredible handle. We are optimistic that this little male is sure to pack a whollop and bring great things to our hersire lineup.
