Stunning Rose Grey Suri

GLR Armani

Suri, Male, Proven, Light Fawn, Medium Rose Grey, Dark Rose Grey, Full Peruvian
ARI# 32138368 | DOB: 11/6/2010
GLR Armani came from the Great Lakes Ranch breeding program. So, it was no shock that he took 3 reserve championships of which were Futurity and the National Alpaca Show. While, Armani originally was registered as fawn color, soon afterward his unique coloring appeared that still makes hearts pitter patter. He has a regal presence, high luster, nice bone, an amazing freckled face with a gentle confidence. There aren't too many full Peruvian grays in the world, and Armani is ROSE gray--a shade o...

1st place winner at top level shows

Platinum's Victoria of SNR

Suri, Female, Unproven, Medium Silver Grey, Full Peruvian
ARI# 32831771 | DOB: 9/18/2014
This girl is an extraordinarily nice medium silver. She has nice density but, sets herself above with great luster! Her color has been referred to as shiny sterling or platinum by those that see her. Even though her tips are white, she produces a beautiful medium silver grey yarn.

Victoria's sire, Platinum Marquis has been an astounding grey producer. Her dam also has some nice genetics to her name - Bet on Black was by Prince Greystone so there is some real nice grey on both sides of h...

When you have an award-winning, silver grey dam with both Platinum Marquis and Prince Greystone grey genetics it makes it difficult to find a quality guy that might produce silver grey. We chose GLR Armani and could not be happier with the result of this girl.

This girl was born by one of the most striking, shiny silver grey girls we have put eyes on (our partially biased opinion). The two of them were just born beautiful! This girl is what we were hoping for and then some. Both striking medium silver grey color with lovely luster and lock that just makes you so happy you wanna dance - aka Victory dance.

We can't wait to see her grow up. Just as her mom who seemed to get more striking with time I almost call her by her mom's name. With her fleece tips bleaching white, her yarn was still a pretty medium silver grey color. Super shiny and silky, everything suri should be.

Victory Dance, Aka Tori, is exhibiting nice luster, locking on top of her head and her face which is filling with fleece which we think are signs of good density, besides a nice head. Honestly, since she was exactly what we were hoping to breed for, we had no intention of selling her but were presented with a partnership that we are excited and happy to be in.

In her first shows her fleece was noted as fine, but tender. Definitely happy with her regrowth. She showed again fall of 2018 and received a 1st place in both halter and walking fleece. The walking fleece judge pointed out her luster as being her striking attribute.

With her drop-dead gorgeous looks, beautiful suri head and loads of grey genetics, we think she is a winner regardless of the color of the ribbons. We are hopeful to get a confirmed pregnancy. She was recently bred to a Sniper son, The Shadow.
