    Mix Legacy and Royal Fawn, add a dose of a vicuna fleeced grand dam = Solid confirmation and beautiful fleece. Dr Sumar only faulted Maker for not having as long a staple length as the winner, but didn't ask for a shearing date. Maker had only 6 months growth on him. he was the baby in the class and was shorn in August 06.

    As you can see from his picture, taken 1 month later, there is alot of fine, dense fleece.

    The brightness is what makes him a stand out in the pasture. The light reflects off even the outside of his fiber and he appears to glow.

    We have 14 cria due this year, so Maker needs to find a new home. He's part of our fall show string.

    Her grandsire is Crescent Moon’s El Patron, a 7x Champion who has won 17 First Place awards!

    Her great grandisre is 4Peruvian Legacy 6016. He is the highest selling alpaca ever selling only half interest for $750,000...not just once but twice! He won Herd Sire of the Year in 2002 and Reserve Light Herd Sire of the Year in both 2005 and 2007 at the Futurity.

    Her great grandsire is also PPPeruvian Royal Fawn 6014. Royal Fawn was an industry giant with unsurpassed influence on the North American alpaca gene pool. No other alpaca in North America has produced as many offspring, totaling 454 registered. He consistently produced show winners including 108 known champions and 329 blue ribbons in every solid color group. Hand selected by the late Dr. Jim Vickers, Royal Fawn was the only light fawn Accoyo ever exported from Don Julio Barreda’s herd. According to Julio Barreda, Royal Fawn ranked as one better than he had ever produced at Estancia Accoyo in Peru. Royal Fawn was the 1999 and 2000 "Get-of-Sire" winner at the AOBA National Show.

    Also in her lineage, Peruvian Hemingway G171. Top 1% in five EPD categories. One of the top imported peruvian huacaya alpacas. DERWYDD Peruvian Hamusac, top 25% in three EPD categories.

    Purchase four or more alpacas and get FREE delivery! Free delivery is only available for the following states: MA, ME, NH, VT, NY, CT, RI, & NJ. Due to rising vet costs, any alpaca purchased from us where health papers and/or blood tests are needed for travel will be assessed a vet fee per alpaca. Fees are based on destination and will be added to the purchase price of the alpaca. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any alpaca for purchase.
