You've seen the ads from Pacific Crest..."For lasting fineness...breed to the Accoyo America's Nautilus line." We couldn't agree more! And now is your chance to own one of the line! Diomedes has that perfect combination of fineness and density with an indescribable brightness, and he is passing it on...in lights and in color! First histograms on his offspring are fabulous! Of the 11 that we tested in 2010, all but three fell under 17 microns (with those 3 at 17.2, 19.1, 19.2,) and the SD's ranged from 2.9 to 3.7. AND SECOND HISTOGRAMS FOLLOW SUIT...OF THE NINE YEARLINGS TESTED IN 2010, ALL BUT TWO WERE UNDER 18 MICRONS.

The fleece judge for 2008 Alpacapalooza, Cheryl Gehly, agreed with us about Diomedes' 2007 blanket. She wrote "Wow! Simply spectacular..." and awarded him 20 OUT OF 20 FOR FINENESS AND HANDLE, 9.5 OUT OF 10 FOR CHARACTER, AND 5 OUT OF 5 FOR DENSITY. In addition, Diomedes won the COLOR CHAMPION, BEST CRIMP, and JUDGE'S CHOICE awards. Naturally, we are thrilled with HIS accomplishments, but as we always say..."it's what they produce that counts." Halter judge Cathy Merkeley awarded Diomedes' first offspring, Diomedes' Dehlia, a blue ribbon in the Beige Juvenile Female class! Then NW Alpaca Showcase Judge, Sharon Loner, gave Dehlia the blue ribbon nod and the Reserve Championship at not quite 8 months of age. Dehlia has now given us cria...her first, a female, has the finest fleece we've seen...her first histogram was 12.4 AFD, 2.2 SD, 0.2%>30. Her second, a male, is looking incredible so far.

Subsequent crias are bringing home ribbons as well even in the difficult white classes.

Guinevere is such an easy going girl. She has excellent color in her background with lots of black and grey. Not to mention Guin produces the absolute cutest babies ever, phenotypically pleasing with tons of coverage!

Update Geiger delivers a gorgeous white Gangster daughter. One of the shiniest fleeces we have ever seen on a cria this young. She is just a little squirt, but gaining rapidly, she is going to be a gorgeous female. Geiger is for sale open with her female cria at side

Geiger is a beautiful looking girl even at 8 years old age, shearing 11 pounds of fleece at 4 years of age this truly is a production female. Her fiber has beautiful character to it and is maintaining good fineness and an impressive love SD and CV.
She is out of Accoyo of Americas Diomedes, a truly handsome hersire. Her 2015 Cria is absolutely gorgeous, with an incredible head. Geiger is currently being bred to Black Hills Gangster and we can't wait until next year to see it.
