Val D Lsere’s fleece has been described numerous times by judges as the most highly developed fleece they have ever seen, he has also been described at the 2018 AOA National Show as "Something a bit special" which is what he truly is. Val D Lsere has a very bright, dense, fine fleece with a merino type crimp style. Val D Lsere is a very compact male with a very strong heavy bone structure.
Red Granites Val D Lsere comes from a very Elite and worldwide known colored pedigree from Snowmass Alpacas. Being a son of Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose and Snowmass Conopa XXX Vail. His sire Snowmass Mr. Sizlin Rose is a twelve-time champion male and was crowned the 2016 Herdsire Of the year, and 2017 Reserve Herdsire Of the year. Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose has produced many color champion crias and judges choice winners. May we add he has sired not only a three-time AOA National supreme champion but two AOA National Supreme champions. His dam, Snowmass Conopa XXX Vail is daughter to the legendary, Snowmass Conopa XXX an incredible fawn herdsire born at Snowmass Alpacas. Snowmass Conopa XXX Vail has routinely gifted us with Futurity champion crias, each and every one of them has an extremely extraordinary amount of density and very bright fine fleeces.
Red Granites Val D Lsere ends his halter showing career with three AOA National Dark Male Supreme Championships, over twenty-one Judges Choice awards, over twenty-two Color Championships, and five Reserve Championships. With all of these outstanding awards, Val D Lsere is still showing in fleece shows with an over 5-Year-old fleece and is still winning championships. Red Granites Val D Lsere won the Get of Sire at the 2020 AOA National Show with ABEBA, Cinnamon, and Party Girl.
Red Granites Val D Lsere has produced crias from white to black including silver-gray and rose gray, but most of all he has been able to routinely produce cria with exceptional fleece. And may we add, Val's first cria crop are sporting AFDs of 11-18 microns!
