Maia is the first offspring of her dam, Diamond, and her sire is the 15X Banner winning, AOA National Supreme Champion, Man in the Moon's Peruvian Ganymede. Maia's fleece has abundant character, brightness, and fineness; and her conformation is excellent. Her frame is boxy and upright with straight legs and a great bite -- she's curious and sweet!

There's no doubt that Maia will be a very fine foundation female. Maia sells with her maiden breeding to any MMFA herdsire of your choosing (take $500 off price to purchase without breeding). We'd recommend one of our Matrix Majesty line males, Man in the Moon's Rigel. Wade Gease first described his fleece as "diamond-like." He is currently a 5X Champion (with more shows to go) and he has a very bright fleece with a magnificent crimp, extreme fineness and uniformity across his blanket.

Maia's sire, Man in the Moon's Peruvian Ganymede, championed at every show he attended from 10 months old on. He achieved 15 banners, including 4 Judges Choice which culminated with the 2017 AOA National Supreme Championship -- he's an amazing male, and he's producing champions! His fleece is still beautiful with excellent character, consistency and fineness as a breeding male, with uniformity across his blanket and extending down into his belly and legs. Judges repeatedly said, "...he is the SAME all over!"

Maia's dam is from the well known white breeding program, Heather's Acre Alpaca Farm, and her superlative genetics run deep. Maia's dam comes from great Accoyo's such as Vengador, Pucara, Odyssey, Quechua, Accoyocusani and Aga Khan. Her sire yields the Alianza greats such as Bueno, Predictor, Royal Fawn and Zephyrus; as well as more Accoyo greatness.
