Canboulay's sire is Patagonia's Chilkoot, our Champion bay black compact herdsire with a long staple length, and bright fine fleece. Chilkoot was assessed by Amanda VandenBosch as an "A-" having "excellent fiber coverage with great phenotype." Her paternal grandsire is the legendary Patagonia's Lennox.

Her maternal grandsire is our Multi-Champion Andean's Pegasus of Country Estates. Pegasus has genetics from PPeruvian Caligula, 4Peruvian Andean Gold, Snowmass Andean Bronze, and his sire, the stunning TB Snowmass Andean Midnight, a beautiful, compact, true black “silky soft” male with an outstanding pedigree for fineness.

In 2024 Sweet Canboulay had Three traits ranking in the Top 25% EPDs!
