    Even though she has no ears (just kidding!)...Diamond is a gorgeous girl and she has proven to be a great dam with easy birthing, and plenty of milk. She also has a calm and gentle demeanor. At 2 years old, her fleece had a Spin Fineness of 17.0 microns, with lovely handle, brightness and uniformity just like her Judges Choice herdsire. At 6 years old, her AFD was still in the low 20's with a very good SD and CV -- excellent for her age and evidence of micron uniformity!

    Description

    WOW! At just a few months old, Lightning is looking amazing! So far, this young male is checking all the boxes — crimp character, density, brightness, uniformity and fineness. He has a nice boxy frame. Judge Arturo Pena gave him very high marks at the 2023 Carolina Alpaca Celebration show, awarding him First Place and confirming the consistency of his fleece characteristics from front to back and down into his belly, and his strong frame, and declaring him the most complete package. Judge Wade Gease went one step further, awarding him First Place AND the White Male Reserve Championship!!

    Lightning’s dam is one of my favorites. Her name is White Diamond and she’s out of a male by the name of Thunder Valley — hence the name White Lightning.

    Lightning’s sire, Kevlar’s Christianos, is full brother to an AOA supreme champion. Christianos himself is an 11 time champion.

    Financing Terms

    Standard industry contracts are used. Breeding quality alpacas come with reproductive and live birth guarantees. You may take possession of your alpacas once the down payment is received and the “contract for purchase” signed by both parties. Transfer of ownership with ARI will not occur until full payment is received. Financing is available with 25 - 33% down, with up to 24 monthly payments. Buyer must purchase full mortality insurance for alpaca and offspring, if any, naming Man in the Moon Farm LLC as beneficiary on balance due until paid in full. Breedings include 60 day agistment unless otherwise noted. Special pricing often available for multiple alpaca purchases or multiple breeding purchase. Transportation responsibility of buyer. AUCTION & PACKAGED DEAL OFFERS: These are cash only unless different arrangements are made up front. No other discounts apply unless negotiated otherwise.
