Marija is the daughter of 5x Black Champion, Red Granites Lapu, one of the most exquisite fleeced Kirwin sons born to date. Her paternal grandsire is Kirwin, a 13x champion and champion producer. Marija's paternal granddam is 4x Champion, Irish Meadows' My Lacy, out of Sistina's Accoyo Destinati (a full Accoyo 8x champion, including AOBA Nationals).

Her maternal grandsire is Estates Satin Cloud, an outstanding 8x Champion and champion producing herdsire out of Snowmass Satin Reserve XX and Premier's Adriana. Satin is a well-structured, proud male with a very handsome head. He is fine with beautiful curvature, consistent fleece, dense, and bright. His offspring first hit our show string in 2018 and have impressed the judges ever since - earning multiple championship and reserve championship banners and blue ribbons! Satin Cloud now resides in Sweden, making his genetics much more valuable. Marija's maternal granddam, Patagonia's Marinella was the Brown Color Champion at Alpacapalooza in 2013 and was assessed by Judge Amanda VandenBosch as an A- with strong points in all areas of conformation; as well as areas of fiber including fineness and handle, uniformity of micron, density, brightness, lack of medullation and coverage.
