Summer 2024 - to make room for next generations, we are offering Sassy as a foundation female to serious breeders for their foundation herd. This foundation female delivers unassisted and will provide the foundation for the next generation offspring that breeders are seeking in their herds. This can not be stated often enough - any offspring from the Persephone line should be cherished and kept in the foundation line of any herd.

Sassy is everything you want in a foundation female – not only does she come with a flawless pedigree, correct conformation, abundant fleece coverage in a stunning grey, a calm temperament AND the perfect mom to her offspring – unassisted deliveries, abundant milker, and attentive to her offspring.

Sassy’s parents are exactly why I chose her to be in the foundation herd – her dam was the top grey female in a West Coast program and her sire was also a top black herdsire on the West Coast. Her pedigree has many “notable” names that are tapped into for her offspring.

Sassy has been bred to KBA’s Steely Dan for a Fall 2024 offspring – confirmed by ultrasound in Nov. 2023. We can’t wait to see what this pairing results in for the next generation!
