Awesome classic LRG female out of Jophiel and Bombshell!

Square, well-balanced, beautiful headstyle and an overall very typey look is everything we were expecting in terms of conformation out of this combination and Bella has it all and then some! Very excited to add this female in our lineup! Bella has great coverage from head to toe and is carrying an astounding amount of fleece. She displays a very fine, bright and extremely uniform fleece with a well-defined crimp style. Her cria fleece had a bolder crimp style but we could see that it was also tightening as we got closer to the skin as more secondaries fibers were coming in. As expected, her second fleece is even more impressive! This is something we have observed with most of her sire Jophiel's offspring as their first fleeces are always delightful (very fine and uniform) but the second ones are far superior as all the follicules further develop and are fully expressed.

Bella combines some great lineage with Bea2Bombers' Wingman (Bomber) on her maternal side as well as Snowmass Conopa XXX and Snowmass Pure Reserve XX on her paternal side. Because of her lighter out-of-the-box rosegrey color, she might not be accepted in grey classes which is very unfortunate! Just like her dam, we expect Bella to certainly become part of our top tier classic grey producing females.

UPDATE: As expected, Bellissima was again placed in the fawn category in the show ring this year. Although this girl carries the classic grey gene, she did extremely well, placing 3rd in halter and 1st in walking fleece, in a though class of 8 yearling fawns! We look forward to breeding this stunning female this summer as she debuts her reproductive career.

Her 2025 EPD results are in and they confirm what we are seeing and feeling when opening up her fleece. Top 10% (5.6%) for SD, Top 25% for AFD (19.1%), SF (16.6%) and >30% (21.5%) and Top 15% (10.1%) for FW. These numbers are extremely statisfying when seen in classic grey and we are absolutely delighted to start working with her in our breeding program! She is currently bred to Revolution for her first cria due at the end of June 2026.
