We've made a difficult decision to sell this magnificent male since he's a little older and not getting the work he deserves. You can find Wyuna at Knolveston Farm in western NC. Wyuna's still producing incredible offspring at 14 years old! He's an outstanding male in every way, including his gentle and easy personality, which he passes on to his offspring. It's bittersweet to let him go, but he has work to do! We're hoping to have two of his offspring arrive next Fall - 2024!

Description

Thanks to Todd & Holly Jacobs for their purchase of Altair. Altair is the last offspring of his amazing sire, Chakotah's Wyuna, a multiple Judges Choice and champion male. His dam is a 5X Champion, too. Altair's pedigree is stacked!

His fleece is quite lovely; it has distinct locking and luster, and it is incredibly fine, however, I think it may lack density. I may be misjudging that … you will need to be the judge as to whether he is show-worthy or not, as I must admit that I am far from an expert when it comes to Suri fleece. His conformation and size for his age are excellent.

Due to the downsizing of our herd, Altair is for sale. Most of our Suri alpacas are for sale. Please take a look at him and the rest of our Suri herd. Altair’s blood card has been sent, so he’ll be officially registered soon. Packages are available.

Financing Terms

Standard industry contracts are used. Breeding quality alpacas come with reproductive and live birth guarantees. You may take possession of your alpacas once the down payment is received and the “contract for purchase” signed by both parties. Transfer of ownership with ARI will not occur until full payment is received. Financing is available with 25 - 33% down, with up to 24 monthly payments. Buyer must purchase full mortality insurance for alpaca and offspring, if any, naming Man in the Moon Farm LLC as beneficiary on balance due until paid in full. Breedings include 60 day agistment unless otherwise noted. Special pricing often available for multiple alpaca purchases or multiple breeding purchase. Transportation responsibility of buyer. AUCTION & PACKAGED DEAL OFFERS: These are cash only unless different arrangements are made up front. No other discounts apply unless negotiated otherwise.
