Description

Brown Sugar will turn some heads this upcoming show season. Even though he will be a juvie I think he can compete with the big boys. He is carrying a ton of fleece on his conformationally correct compact frame. Independent locking with a lovely hand and luster.

His dam had a late start as she aborted her first cria and after years of unsuccessful breedings we literally threw our hands up and said no more. Laugh was on us as the last breeding actually took and she delivered her first offspring, Sugga Cube (Golden Legacy). Cube had a successful show career (11 x Champion) and is currently owned by Shambalah Ranch.

We wanted to try our bred and owned male, Raynay's Aladdin by Jet, on some of our proven foundation females and we have been very pleased with the results. Aladdin is sired by the well known Goldstar boy, Jet. Unfortunately Jet passed at a young age and has limited offspring on the ground. Brown Sugar is 1 of 4 Aladdin offspring born this past summer and all of the cria look promising. Other notable genetics are Rockstar, Cinders, Electrofyre and Chakotah.
