Santa Lucia's dam, Luna Vuitton, is an Armani daughter of the most beautiful grey color. We chose a stud that stamps conformation and density on most everyone he breeds to. Her sire WI The Admiral is a fawn full brother to the gorgeous true black, Vader. Since Admiral is fawn from a black dam our secret hope was for grey, but we think she is quite stunning in her light fawn with hints of gold. She is so light in color, there is a tinge on her top line and her head. Talk about a beautiful yarn!

For her first breeding we tried our hand to see if she may produce grey and bred her to silver grey Worthy Journey by SoCal Greystone's Marquis. She delivered what appeared to be a medium brown female but soon afterwards you could see grey at her part line. The Rose and silver grey is definitely getting more and more prominent after shearing.
