We had quite a decision to make when picking a dam to breed to 13x CH and Judge's Choice Man of Steel.

While we didn't get gray, we did get a gorgeous med fawn boy with unbelievable fleece. The pictures don't do it justice, but the shine on this fleece was blinding. I think the taupey color on his nose indicates that the gray is lurking right under the surface.

Description

Our first cria out of Hercules did not disappoint. Fine bundles from the start and a sweet disposition. When he was born, he had a very loose leg tendon which we splinted for about 2 weeks. The result was amazing. Perfectly straight leg with absolutely no sign of any impairment.

Skippy has been used by 4H'ers since he was a juvie and does an incredible job. Easy to handle and bidable.

But as he ages, he gets more and more handsome and has an amazing presence. We are working toward a spotted herd, but he would be my choice to put on those spotted girls down the road.
