After 15 years of owning alpacas, you would think that we'd seen just about everything. But it always seems there is something new and most of the time these new things aren't so great.
I came home from being away at a show for 4 days and my Husband mentioned that one of my girls was walking in circles on her way in from the pasture. Circles - seemed a bit odd, but in watching her, nothing else really seemed wrong with her. I saw her eating and she wasn't humming in distress. To be on the read more...

I can honestly say that I've never been too successful in creating a blog, finding things to write about or then keeping up with it in any reasonable manner. But, I'm going to try again. I finally have a nice new laptop and actually have internet service at the house, so maybe this will work!
The focus of this blog will be the animals, husbandry issues which of course will include the sweet cuddly babies, and fiber projects and things I create for both my shop here on the farm and patterns read more...
