Huacaya, Herdsire (Male), Proven, White, Medium Silver Grey, Dark Silver Grey
ARI# 35459491, CLAA# 47956 | DOB: 8/26/2017
Chico has very unique coloring. He is making gorgeous crias (many with spots) that have excellent phenotype and very fine fleeces.
He IS the next step in your appaloosa breeding program.
In 2020, Chico sired his first 5 crias. All females and all very impressive. In 2022 he sired his spottiest daughter so far. Rowan is absolutely gorgeous!
Chico won several awards during his show career and in case you are not familiar with Chico's sire...Zotz was unbeatable in the showring. A brown male th...

HIGH PLAINS HIGHKURUMBA

HIGH PLAINS HIGHKURUMBA

Huacaya, Herdsire (Male), Proven, Light Fawn
ARI# 32763690, CLAA# 43686 | DOB: 6/30/2012
We have this Supreme Champion in our herdsire line up while he soaks up a semi-retirement gig! At 13, he is still has his mojo and as Sparkling Champagne as his first offspring in our herd, the Judge at the Alpaca Ontario Spring show commented on the incredible staple length Champagne has. We know this is a HighK trait!

We are really looking forward to seeing what kind of offspring we get with our white alpaca pairings for 2026 cria.

Description

Caitlyn will be sure to grace you with her pushy presence to eat all the feed in your hand, or the bucket, whichever has more.

She has been bred to HighK for a 2026 cria and we hope this time she will produce a lovely white female that we can add to our new collection of white animals for yarn production.

Financing Terms

We get that it can be expensive to purchase a new small herd. We offer a payment program that works for you, within a 2 month time period. Once all animals are paid for, they can be released to you. If you are a new farm looking to build your herd, we will sell you no less than 3 animals (if available) OF THE SAME SEX. This is a MUST. Unless you are also purchasing from another reputable farm at the same time. Alpacas are herd animals and thrive in herds of 3 or more of the same sex. If you are an existing farm with alpacas, we will happily sell you 1 animal, as long as there are others at your farm of the same sex. We will NOT sell a male and female pair. This is not how the alpaca kingdom works. Please do your research. Our primary concern is the health and wellbeing of our alpacas.
