Description
Ace comes from a very strong genetic heritage. On his sire's side is Royal Fawn, Royal Avenger and Augusto. His Dam is a direct daughter of none other than the incomparable Peruvian Hemingway. These famous Herdsires are no longer available for breeding, which make this combination of potent genetics a valiable commodity.
His latest histogram, at six years of age, still shows a very fine fleece with an AFD of 22.2 and a CV of 17.5, with his % over 30 at 2.4. That represents a comfort factor of 97.6%
Ace has not been shown frequently in his career, but has won a ribbon in every show in which he participated. In 2009, he won a 1st Place Ribbon at AOBA Nationals and 1st place at MAPACA. In 2010, he took a 1st at the Palmeto Classic and in 2011, a 2nd place ribbon at the Royal Alpaca Challenge Spin-Off.
His progeny are now on the ground and all have been ribbon winners in every show in which they participated. These show include CABO, VAOBA and Southern Select.
