Belefonte proudly displays tight pencil locks of lustrous black, dense, silky fleece. Belefonte's show record has filled his ribbon wall with blue, and purple banners.
Everyone who lays hands on this male is amazed by his silky cool fleece dripping with luster rarely seen on a jet black fleece.
Belefonte's 2010 success story includes three blue ribbons and Color Champion at 2010 AWE under judge Wade Gease. And he did it again at the highly competitive GWAS, 1st & Color Champion. His show record to date includes 16 Blues, 4 Color Champion and 2 Reserve Color Champion and counting.
Under stiff competition of 2009 AOBA Nationals (over 800 suris in attendance) Judge Tim Lavin said Belefonte was clearly the winner in his class of nine juvenile true blacks. Belefonte was pulled out of line and he stood proudly in first as the balance of the class was evaluated.
Heavy fiber coverage in tight pencil locks to the skin, outstanding luster rarely seen in a black fleece, a typey head, and those head turning good looks. His four generation suri pedigree is heavily weighted with blacks and deep color.
His sire is Sierra Bonita's Macgyver's Mojo, out of the award winning Fontaine.
TTB, LLC is proud to announce the July 1st purchase of half interest in GVA Belefonte. We are honored to be partners with Broken Road Alpacas Stacy and Joe Miller.
