We took some time to choose our bull, and are we glad we did! Hot Dog is just awesome. The day after we bought him he won 1st place in the pen show at the National Yak Show in Denver. He is going to grow to be a larger bull with wonderful conformation. His hocks are perfectly aligned. He has gorgeous fiber (that really needs a combing right now). Treats are his favorite and he will come running when he sees anyone with them! His “calf crop” this year is very impressive. He definitely leaves a stamp.

    Cow (female)Native Trim
    DOB: 4/28/201511 yrs
Rose is one of our newest foundation cows. She comes from royalty...Prince Allante is her grandfather and Queen Allante is her great-grandmother. She is a very impressive yak. She has flowing black locks that shimmer in the sun (and shed the rain). Friendly and calm are some other adjectives that describe her. She has been a consistently fruitful breeder. (She is mother to both Kai and Rinzen in our herd.

Rue is just a cute little thing. She loves to hop around the fields and "challenge" everyone. She has just the slightest little white splash on her forehead. I am sure she will have the beautiful draping fiber like her parents as she grows.
