Welcome to Alpaca Lane Farm
Welcome to our small, family-run alpaca farm in Demorestville, nestled in the heart of Prince Edward County’s beautiful wine country.
Set on 65 acres of scenic pastures and wooded trails, our farm is home to a growing herd of alpacas that we are incredibly proud of. We focus on raising animals that combine outstanding fibre quality with friendly, well-socialized personalities. Our goal is to become a respected breeder of alpacas known for both exceptional fleece and wonderful temperament—though we’ll admit, we also breed for maximum cuteness and fluffiness.
We’re open to the public for agritourism five days a week, year-round. Visits are available Thursday through Monday by appointment, so you can enjoy a relaxed and personal farm experience.
Be sure to stop by our on-site farm store, where you’ll find a variety of cozy alpaca products including hats, mittens, scarves, and more. Alpaca fibre is incredibly soft, warm, and luxurious—you’ll feel the difference right away.
We’re also proud to offer our Field to Fashion collection. We hand-process fibre from our own alpacas and collaborate with local fibre artists to create one-of-a-kind, handcrafted pieces. It’s a special experience to take home something warm and beautiful made from an animal you’ve just met.
