Farm Terms & Financing
**Dog Purchase Financing Agreement**
**Purchase Terms:**
- Purchase Price: $1,800 per dog
- Financing Period: 12 months
- Interest Rate: 0% (promotional financing)
- Monthly Payment: $150 per dog
**Payment Schedule:**
- 12 equal monthly payments of $150
- First payment due 30 days from purchase date
- Payments due on the same date each month
- Final payment due 12 months from purchase date
**Buyer Requirements:**
- Completed credit application and approval
- Valid government-issued ID
- Proof of income and residence
- Down payment: $_____ (if applicable)
**Terms and Conditions:**
- All payments must be received by the due date
- Late fee of $25 applies to payments more than 10 days overdue
- If payment is more than 30 days late, the entire remaining balance becomes due immediately and will accrue interest.
