Durrant Farms Estate is a small-scale alpaca farm in Western North Carolina. While we are not a high-volume breeding or sales operation, we occasionally offer select animals from our herd when it feels like the right fit.
Our program focuses on quality fiber animals with solid structure and manageable temperaments. Our alpacas are regularly handled and exposed to a variety of environments, including guests and farm activity, which supports halter training and ease of management.
We prioritize animal health, consistent nutrition, and low-stress herd dynamics, and we are committed to honest representation. When we do offer an animal, our goal is to place them in a home where they will continue to thrive.
