Nestled in the Sangre de Cristo mountains of northern New Mexico, Sierra Prometida Alpaca Ranch is 5 miles south of Angel Fire, New Mexico in Black Lake.
The 40 acre ranch is covered by grassland with wild iris, ponderosa pine, and aspen. Sierra Prometida's Huacaya herd is made up of diverse bloodlines of varied colors. It's award winning program emphasizes production of fine quality animals.
