ALPACAS!
We started with 4 alpacas, reached a total of 12 at one point. But then sold a few and now we have 7. We have recently sold the last of 4 original females (Daisy) from the 2015 purchase. Over the years we have added a few newcomers and welcomed alpaca adults and birthed 13 cria on this farm.
Alpacas are wonderful combo of calm and inquisitive. We've had people tell us that hanging out with alpacas lowers their blood pressure. I know they have always been my therapy. Except for our rooster crowing, it is VERY peaceful.
This fun rabbit hole has caused me to buy 3 looms, 3 spinning wheels and two carders, a blending board and more crochet hooks!
It is busy, happy and productive fun! We sell our products and some animals when they are old enough.
We've had some ribbon winning fleeces and met some great people thanks to our Alpacas.

FARM VISITS/TOURS-On a limited basis. We are not doing as many tours now that it's Autumn. But, it never hurts to ask. Email me!

Fee - 15$ an adult for 30-40 minute visit. $5 per child under 13. Non-refundable payment in advance to confirm date, time and number of people. I take paypal, Venmo and Zelle. Inquire about using the pre-payment as a discount toward product purchase.
We are conveniently located right off Hwy. 12 between Montrose and Waverly, north of the Excel Energy building in Montrose, MN.

PAST EVENT Farm Days - WAS AMAZING! We had an Open House in 2024 - Saturday, Sept. 28 from 1-4, with live music by Nick Love. :-)
