Healthy and Happy!
Providence Meadow Farm is a small and relatively young farm with 15 alpacas and 14 young chickens laying lots of eggs. Our plan since March 2019 has been to learn how to maintain healthy, well-natured alpacas producing improved offspring and excellent fiber.
We are excited about 2026! Amidala and APP’s Phirst Class cria, Theo, arrived healthy and happy on 5/13/26! He is a special true black male! Mary Tyler Moore and AMAF’s CCNF Lunar Quinton produced a beautiful female on 6/6/26. Expected August arrivals are Thunder Lily and Heather’s Acre Snowmass Sub-Seven then a repeat of Black Rose and APP’s Phorged Steel!
In preparation, we are looking for a new farm for our 2 half-sisters, Super Girl and Little Lucie plus Lucie’s girl, Minka! The big girls provided us with 2 beautiful females: JessZ (Super Girl) is very fine and dense winning both halter and fleece champion banners. Minka (Little Lucie) has fleece that is really beautiful with long staple length and crimpy bundles.
We are also looking for a new farm for our black males, Braxton’s Blackfoot (EEaa) and Innsbruck’s Cash (Eeaa). Striking solid boned males who are ready to breed, they turned 3 in July, excellent genetics!
