    Harvard Alpaca Shearing

    As part of our farm business, Harvard Alpaca Ranch offers professional shearing services through Harvard Alpaca Shearing. Our shearing practice has been in business since 2020 and is managed by our Head Shearer, Rusty Varrell. 

    Shearing services are offered primarily to alpaca farms, but we have capability to shear virtually all fiber animals, including sheep, goats, llamas, and almost any other fluffy critter. Our geographic extent ranges from Virginia, north to Maine, generaly staying along the mid-Atlantic and New England states.
