We are taking reservations for 2027 babies! 2026 babies are all sold.
Generally babies start arriving in late February or early March. Of course goats need to cooporate! The last several years the babies were all reserved before they were born and a couple are already reserved for 2027, so if you think you want some reserve yours early.
Babies will be disbudded, and if necessary, they will be banded. However, I will not band until at least 6 weeks old. I give a $50 discount if your baby moves home with you within the first month. Of course, this is not practical for everyone so I can keep them until they are weaned.
All of our babies are bottle fed, and loved! They get all of the colostrum from mom and then a mix of milk and formula. If you will be bottle feeding your new goat, I recommend that you feed a very good quality formula that is JUST for goats. It is important that they get proper nutrition and some formulas don’t have what they need.
