    In The Beginning

What the property was like when we purchased it and how we developed it into the Leisure Ranch. Numerous worthless rundown out buildings. Junked vehicles and trash everywhere presented us with a challenge. Living out of state and working full time added to the fun. We tried to keep all of the contracted work local, which proved to be a mistake. Good, honest contractors have proved hard to find in our rural area. Neighbors and friends sure made up for it.
