Breed to a multi Pucara Kahuna son

Celeste of Somerset Farm

Suri, Female, Unproven | White, Light Fawn

AOA# 36077892   D.O.B. 5/4/2019, Full Peruvian

Sire:
SSilken's Accoyo Tesori
| AOA# 31461863  | White
NEWS FLASH:
On April 10, 2018 our first cria sired by Tesori arrived...a striking multi male! Gotta love it when a plan comes together.

On April 18, 2018 our second cria sired by Tesori arrived...a medium rose grey with appy markings on his legs arrived.

That makes him two for two crias moving us toward our goal of producing Designer Suris with "bling."

We are counting on Tesori to lead us down "the road less travelled".....a breeding program focused on the production of bi-colored/multi Suris. Through his genetic makeup he certainly has the potential to take us where we want to go...and he is doing it!

If you are interested in a breeding to Tesori we invite you to "Make An Offer." CHECK OUT THE SAMPLE CONTRACT UNDER "MORE" ON OUR OPENHERD FARM PAGE. This is the real deal so check it out.

Only you know the value he could bring to your breeding program. We are open to "drive-bys." We will work out agisting details for your female depending on the breeding fee. Check out all he has to offer and give us a call...we would like to get some crias on the ground from him and we will work with you.

If you are among those traveling this road too take a look at what Tesori has to offer starting with
his sire:

Tesori's sire is full Accoyo fawn & white pattern Our Accoyo Aurelius...which is a very rare coloring for a full Accoyo. Unfortunately, Accoyo Aurelius was lost in a tragic barn fire after only three years into his breeding career. In those years he produced 38 registered offspring* making his first line genetics extremely limited and difficult to find.

The color possibilities coming from Accoyo Aurelius descendants promises some exciting possiblities for breeding dark suris with Accoyo characteristic fleece. And of course, for producing DARK FULL ACCOYO offspring which is so prized in this industry. Aurelius' fleece was a beautiful marbled fawn and white across his topline and througout his blanket, tail and legs. His skin was pitch BLACK. He had Bay Black fibers on his muzzle and around his eyes. All of this is very rare in a full Accoyo suri. There are also many multi-colors in his progeny and descendants so producing multi-color is definitely a possibility.

Aurelius was awarded AOBA Reserve Champion Multi at 10 months of age. He also had the proven ability to produce Champions. His offspring won FIVE Championships/Reserve Championships and a multitude of Blue Ribbons in the first full year in the show ring.

HIS DAM:
TSP's ACCOYO CHLOE
Chloe is Full Accoyo and comes from the famous David Gronauer Collection. Her bloodlines are very well known & RARE: Ganador and Starbuck!!! Chloe is a female par excellence in the fiber department... ultimate fineness, unmatchable density & luminous luster!!!!

TESORI:
Tesori is full Accoyo male with a solid compact frame with amazing dense coverage, luster, and a beautiful lock structure. He has produced a solid medium fawn female out of a white dam with a fawn spot.

Dam:
Derwydd Greystone's Kanilla

Produces Measurable Lingering Fineness

Derwydd Greystone's Kanilla

Suri, Female, Proven, Light Fawn, Full Peruvian
ARI# 30682139 | DOB: 2/3/2008
Proven Pedigree! Elegant phenotype!

Full Peruvian - DEEP Full Peruvian GREY Genetics including 4Peruvin Condor, WWR Prince Greystone & 6Peruvian Silver Lining.

Kanilla, is a lovely fawn suri female with independent locks, fineness & luster she is passing on to her offspring. She is an excellent mom. She has plenty of milk and is attentive but doesn't stress over her cria.

Lingering Fineness
Kanilla and her dam (HHSF Peruvian Patientia) are not only holding their fineness they ranke...

Description

If you are interested in multi's, and you must be or you wouldn't be taking a look, Celeste has so much to offer.

Genetics:
Her sire is a limited edition from the spectacular "Our Accoyo Aurelius". Aurelius was a fawn & white pattern which is a very rare coloring for a full Accoyo. Unfortunately, Aurelius was lost in a tragic barn fire after only three years into his breeding career. In those years he produced 38 registered offspring making his first line genetics extremely limited and difficult to find.

Her dam, Derwydd Greystone's Kanilla, is a full Peruvian with deep GREY Genetics including 4Peruvin Condor, WWR Prince Greystone & 6Peruvian Silver Lining. She consistently produces lingering fineness in her offspring. Kanilla's AFD is currently ranked # 55 of 10,315. Celeste's half-sister, https://www.openherd.com/alpacas-for-sale/63886/tupelo-honey-of-somerset-farm currently ranks no 21 out of 10,315 in AFD.

Phenotype: Although Celeste sports a sturdy frame she is the picture of elegance. Her fiber is exquisite.

Temperament: Celeste is extremely gentle. She is inquisitive and will walk up to our ranch visitors to enjoy a neck rub. She quickly became one of our PR alpacas.

Celeste should be enhancing someone's breeding program. Since we are easing our way into retirement we will no longer be breeding and we would like to see her go to a breeding program that recognizes and appreciates her exceptional qualities.

We recommend breeding her to our outstanding Pucara Kahuna's son....Queen's Prince Henry. Henry is one of only two, I am aware of multi-colored breeding males sired by Kahuna.
